We women know our bodies. We know when something is not quite right, especially in our reproductive areas.
In general, our bodies miraculously thrive on a balance of microorganisms, both good and bad bacteria. I’ve devoted much of my teaching to the resolution of imbalances in the gut. However, our actions can easily disrupt this natural balance in our reproductive region as well. (more…)
