I don’t want to overly-excite you. Life has a tendency to be exciting enough. But …
And it’s a big, fat “BUT” …
The actions the FDA is poised to take against homeopathy are more critical than I had initially even imagined. We are on the brink of decision-making that could be quite substantial. Our freedom to use our chosen medicines is under threat.
So, I need you to do me a favor.
I need five minutes of your time. That’s all it will take. I promise.
I need you to do your part to save homeopathy for ourselves and for future generations.
I need you to go to the website for Americans for Homeopathy Choice. In less than five minutes — in only a few clicks — you can send a ready-made comment to government policymakers imploring them to allow homeopathy to remain available to us.
In one click, you will contact the FDA, the President, the Vice-President, your Senators and your Congressional Representative(s) asking them to preserve access to all of our homeopathic medicines — not just the few they may deem important.
Your family’s healthcare is under threat. Do you have those five minutes and a few keyboard strokes to devote to doing your part to fight this?
Now, if you have more than five minutes, you can tailor the ready-made email comment provided at Americans for Homeopathy Choice to reflect your own thoughts. Personal stories are effective in getting policymaker’s attention (as long as you stay respectful).
But you don’t have to write more yourself. You can simply click “send” — as is — and make your voice heard.
If you commented in 2019, you may legally comment again in 2020.
If you have children, have them comment as well.
Make this part of their civic duty lesson.
And while you're at it, your husband's email is right there too, just waiting for some action from your fingers (oh! I mean his fingers).
Well, he's benefitted too, right?
Tell your friends and family to comment. Round up everyone you know who has been touched by homeopathy and ask them to participate. Even if they haven't, this is about health freedom folks. We should all be concerned.
We need numbers! We need at least one million comments to make a difference.
Margaret Meade said, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”
I can assure you this kind of grassroots effort works in our country.
I have done it myself in my hometown.
In 1988, I began a crusade against the spraying of the hazardous chemical Sevin on public and corporate properties. I met with every hospital, school districts, colleges, and corporations, informing them of the dangers and imploring them to stop. (I write more about it in my article in Wise Traditions, “Taking on the Big Guns.”)
My crusade was time-consuming yet exhilarating because, finally, within a year, a mayoral committee was formed to address the problem. Buffalo made national news as the first U.S. city to take a stand against the use of pesticides, all initiated by one mother.
My efforts — my lone mother’s voice — moved the policy of an entire city. Well, once I got started, many others joined me and we set a groundswell in motion.
Imagine what all of us can do together — through just a few moments of your time — without leaving your home or attending time-consuming meetings with politicians. Voicing your concern works. Activism works. Participation works.
The FDA has no idea the force behind this movement is us: mothers, grandmothers, dads, teens, caretakers, animal lovers, livestock tenders. Real people with real success stories and a real need for these medicines.
Speak up!
If you won’t take the time to do this for yourself or for your family (which I cannot believe — I know you too well), then do this FOR ME!
Look folks, I have given you a lot of things for free.
You’ve been given an abundant, free education on homeopathic medicines through this blog.
You’ve had access to download free Remedy Cards on most of those posts.
I’ve prepared countless free infographics in conjunction with specific courses but with no purchase obligation, to provide quick references to your homeopathy education.
As of today, I have recorded 89 free podcasts for you to listen to, learn and be inspired by.
I’ve provided a free community on my web page containing myriad resources to increase your knowledge of homeopathy.
My team maintains and administers several free Facebook pages. (One to help you find study groups, one exclusively for my students, and a public page on which I conduct a weekly free Facebook Live event.)
I am happy to provide all of that for free. It’s my mission. But now, I am asking something in return from you.
Will you do me this favor?
Wait. Let me reword that: I NEED you to do me this favor! (I take this potential threat from the FDA personally.)
Consider this your opportunity to pay it forward for all the free things I have provided. It won’t cost you a penny, and it will take less than five minutes of your time.
Help protect our right to pass on the good news of homeopathy!
Sincerely,
P.S. One more thought: I am donating to Americans for Homeopathy Choice to help provide funding for their legal team and expenses and am asking you to consider doing the same.
To show my appreciation, I will match the first 25 donors of $20.00 with a donation of $500.00.
Be the first and have your donation doubled! If 43,000 of you gave $20.00 — imagine the effect it would have. Click here to make a difference and listen to my recent podcast, “Action Required,” with Paola Brown, the President of Americans for Homeopathy Choice, for more information.

Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.
