You know what today is: It’s Mother’s Day! Whether you are a mother or simply have one, we all universally celebrate this day.
I once overheard a discussion in which one young lady confessed trepidation about dedicating her next 18 years to motherhood. The older woman she was speaking to just laughed — laughed a little too hard, some might think.
“Eighteen years?” she responded through her laughter. “You’ve got to be kidding! My daughter is in her late 50s, and I’m STILL her mommy when she needs me. Eighteen years? Sweetheart, mothering doesn’t stop at a set age. Mothering doesn’t stop when they get married. Mothering doesn’t even stop when they become mothers themselves. Motherhood is a lifetime gig, my friend.”
Indeed, it certainly is. Mothers never leave the front line. (And they don’t want to!)
My office received a testimonial from one such mother who was right there, contributing moral support and homeopathic assistance she gleaned from my teachings as her adult daughter was about to give birth to her third child.
The baby was breech at 35 weeks, but Grandma knew precisely how homeopathy could naturally, gently and politely turn the baby to the correct position for birth.
“She was doing exercises to loosen up the pelvic area. She slept with a pillow between the legs as suggested by a YouTuber who was an exercise specialist.
“Her children, ages 7 and 3, both slept an amazing 12 hours. She slept like a rock all night.
“She awoke and something had changed!! Was it true??
“She palpated, and probed, and it indeed did seem that baby had flipped while she was asleep.
“Today, the midwife and sonogram confirmed that baby was anterior and head down and a beautiful healthy specimen!!
“Joette’s article [see below] … was a great encouragement!!

The article she mentioned was my blog post, Birthing Series Part One: Turning a Breech Baby.
That three-part series (including my responses to reader comments in the comment section) is quite educational for new mothers. The other two articles in the series are:
Birthing Series Part Two: The Premier Remedy for Childbirth and a Few More
Birthing Series Part Three: Baby Is Born, but You’re Not Done Yet! Neither is Homeopathy
I’ve said it so many times, but studying homeopathy can provide you with a relevancy like no other. My adult children still call me for healthcare advice for themselves, their families, their roommates, and even their pets. I have to admit, one of my favorite sounds is hearing a grateful “Thanks, Mom.”
I love being a mother, and I love passing on the good news of homeopathy. How lucky am I that the two fit so seamlessly hand-in-hand! They can for you too. All it takes is a little education.
Last week, I tempted your loved ones to purchase a gift card for you to use for my Gateway to Practical Homeopathy®. You could also use it toward a course, to enjoy a subscription to my Mighty Members, or even as part of your tuition in The Academy of Practical Homeopathy®, which is beginning another academic year in July.
But I know how kids can be. Perhaps they didn’t listen. Instead, you’re enjoying flowers and chocolates. Those are nice, too, but why not buy a more lasting gift for yourself? You deserve it!
Check out my Learning Center to view the available courses. Choose the one that will most benefit your family’s concerns and conditions even if your children are grown because let’s face it … motherhood is a lifetime gig.
For all of you who are mothers, Happy Mother’s Day!
Warmly,

P.S. You just read my student used Pulsatilla 200CK. If that “CK” designation had you a bit stymied, I encourage you to read my post, C, CH or CK? The Answer Revealed.

Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.
