On October 22nd there was an attack on the backbone of the internet.
Here is what I’ve learned after reading several blogs written by security experts on the subject:
The attackers were using a computer program that enlists (like an army enlists) unsecured Internet of Thinks ( IoT ) devices – cameras and DVRs.
Think of it as a Zombie army. Each enlisted, screaming at the top of their lungs in unison.
No wonder the target site stumbled and collapsed under the cacophony of noise.
And worse yet, these same security experts are saying such attacks are common, with evidence that they are becoming more powerful, more sophisticated and aimed more frequently at the backbone of the internet.
What could be affected?
Your ability to stay informed with genuine information.
How many of us spelunk the internet daily for answers to questions ranging from tension in the world to how to remove a tick from our pets and treat it without antibiotics?
So just think about this – and I’m not trying to be a conspiracy theorist here – but would you be prepared if your access was denied?
It’s not a cavernous leap to consider the ramifications of a denial of homeopathic information if your access to the internet is blocked.
To those of you who have been following this blog, maybe even taken a course of two of mine, I know I am preaching to the choir.
You are likely ready, prepared and secure – competent in your ability to use homeopathy if the you-know-what hits the fan.
But for those who may have just found homeopathy – maybe, just maybe, you want to view this as a polite nudge to kick your stockpiling of your information, of homeopathic medicines and learning into high gear.
Now more than ever with the political climate that we’re in; when our ability to be informed could be denied, we need to be prepared. I am reminded of a quote:
“There's no harm in hoping for the best as long as you're prepared for the worst.”
― Stephen King, Different Seasons
Or this one from a most unlikely source…
“Private-sector preparedness is not a luxury; it is a cost of doing business in the post-9/11 world. It is ignored at a tremendous potential cost in lives, money and national security.”
― The 9 11 Commission Report
I believe that homeopathy can give you the health and freedom you need to face whatever life (such as denial of service) has in store for you.
I believe it because I see it daily.
I believe it because I have lived the life of reliance on homeopathy for mine and my family’s health. And if I can do it, so can you.
The internet and our political climate is changing.
Change can be a wonderful thing. It doesn’t need to be met with anxiety. It can instead be embraced with skill sets, responsibility and integrity.

Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.
