Wise elder statesman Benjamin Franklin said, “In this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”
With apologies to our dear Mr. Franklin, half of the population can easily spot that he missed something.
Nothing is certain except death, taxes and menopause!
Yes, menopause is an event in every woman’s life. It’s a matter of when, not if. And it not only affects the women themselves, but indeed menopause has repercussions in every aspect of their lives: family, friendships and even work.
So, are we expected to grin and bear the hot flashes, night sweats, sleeplessness, mood changes, irritability and throbbing headaches?
Unless we want to jump on the conventional medical conveyor belt and begin a regimen of hormonal prestidigitation, what do we do?
Monkeying around with hormone replacement therapy can cause iatrogenic diseases (diseases resulting from medication). Reading the medication insert regarding increased cancer risk can strike fear in one’s heart. Plus, the therapy must continue for life, or else the menopausal symptoms will begin again.
Is that really the best way to go?
“But Joette, I’m thinking of bioidentical hormone therapy. Isn’t that safer?”
As you know, I’m not a medical doctor. So, let’s defer to how the experts at the Mayo Clinic answer that question:
“… the hormones marketed as “bioidentical” and “natural” aren't safer than hormones used in traditional hormone therapy. There's also no evidence that they're any more effective.”
Bam! I’d say they just lowered the boom on the whole bioidentical hormone industry.
However, it doesn’t help to know what NOT to do; we need to find a safer, more effective alternative. And we don’t have to look far …
Our trusted friends at Boiron® have created a proprietary combination remedy called Cyclease® Menopause that “works naturally with the body to temporarily relieve hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes associated with menopause and perimenopause.”
In fact, it’s so effective — and appreciated — that it just won a Women’s Essentials award from Taste for Life Magazine.
But although awards are a nice affirmation, skeptics are generally more impressed by research study results. Boiron® has that, too! Listen to this:
“An open, multinational, noncomparative observational study conducted among 99 physicians in eight countries with 438 patients showed that hot flashes and the quality of life in menopausal women were improved with homeopathic treatment. The study revealed a 56% reduction (p<0.001) in the frequency and intensity of hot flashes by day and night, as well as a significant reduction in the daily discomfort the hot flashes caused.”1
Gobsmacking, isn’t it?
The monograph for Boiron’s Cyclease® Menopause contains additional clinical and pharmacological information I found impressive. So, I’ll share those extra details — and even a coupon for $2.00 off — with my Mighty Members* later in the week. Cyclease® Menopause’s well-documented clinical studies certainly substantiate my belief that homeopathy is a much preferable approach than the synthetic or “bioidentical” hormone balderdash.
And who can take issue with the convenience of this carefully curated combination remedy? ONE tablet that melts in the mouth contains:
Arnica montana 4C — Relieves red, blotchy face associated with hot flashes
Cimicifuga racemosa 4C — Relieves mood changes, irritability and occasional sleeplessness associated with menopause
Glonoinum 4C — Relieves sudden hot flashes with profuse sweating and throbbing headache associated with menopause
Lachesis mutus 5C — Relieves hot flashes, night sweats, irritability and mood changes associated with menopause
So, let’s add Cyclease® Menopause to our list of must-have medicines in our homeopathy kit. All women will benefit from having it handy, whether for yourself or as a stellar way to pass on the good news of homeopathy!
Warmly,

I am a homeopath with a worldwide practice working with families and individuals via Zoom. I'm also a teacher and most importantly, a mom who raised my now-adult children depending on homeopathy over the last 31 years. I lived decades of my life with food intolerances, allergies, and chemical sensitivities until I was cured with homeopathy, so I understand pain, anxiety, and suffering. You may feel that your issues are more severe or different than anyone else’s, but I have seen it all in my practice and in my work in India. My opinion is that nothing has come close to the reproducible, safe and effective results that my clients, students and I have achieved with homeopathy.

Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.

Love this, Joette! Thank you for sharing! Do you have any recommendations for the vaginal dryness/atrophy that comes with menopause? It’s surely uncomfortable!
This combination medicine includes ingredients such as Arnica and Lachesis that have a reputation for helping with vaginal pain. Should relief not found with such, I urge women to consider my online course titled “Feminopathy” where this condition and its specific remedies with protocols is covered in detail.

Jacie and Neena, I had painful vaginal dryness for 15 years and didn’t know it could be helped by homeopathy. I happened to learn about Arnica 3C for this condition from Joette and took it twice daily for a few weeks. Around 2-3 weeks later, the condition gradually resolved. Needless to say I was delighted. I’m guessing the Arnica 4C in CycleEase may well do the same for you and many other women. It might take longer of course, as we are all individuals. I sure hope it helps you as much as it did me!
Hi Joette, thanks for sharing this and your insites. I was just looking at this product the other day. What are your thougts about this product addressing chest vibrations, heart palpitations and numbness/tingling in the arms and legs from perimenopause.
Lachesis, which is one of the ingredients in this combination is a medicine that includes those kinds of symtpoms in its keynote.
Thank you Joette, I too would love to know the answer to Jacie’s query for vaginal dryness and thin skin around the area.

I am in the midst of this lovely time of life, and have been taking Glonoinum the last couple weeks, twice a day, and it is helping–less frequent and shorter duration of the spontaneous combustion– I mean hot flashes. I may try this instead though since it will hit several other symptoms as well 🙂 Thanks for sharing, I hadn’t seen this combo!
I am one of those women who took Hormone Replacement Therapy for many years. I felt wonderful while taking HRT. I stopped about 3 years ago & have suffered terribly with hot flashes and insomnia. I’m getting ready to order Cyclease right now. Thank you for sharing.
