We Have Moved!

Joette Calabrese in the winter

We’ve moved!

My husband Perry and I have packed up our personal belongings and office, put our house on the market, and moved to Florida.

Good-bye New York!

Joette Calabrese in Florida

This move will not affect any of my clients, students or services other than a new phone number, company name, and a minor technology change.

My old phone number with the exchange (716) representing Buffalo, New York, will continue to work for a few months; however, my new number – (561)-537-5900 – is presently in effect and reflects my current Florida address.

Further, Joette Calabrese, Inc. has merged with my new company Practical Homeopathy, Inc.

I made this change to better represent the work I do, as I’ve moved away from classical homeopathy toward using and teaching specific, more practical protocols.

Over the next month or two, my team of web designers and programmers will be rolling out a new website. They’ve tried (quite successfully, I believe) to incorporate all the recommended changes you, my valued followers and friends, have requested while creating what I hope will be a clean, highly informative and friendly site. I look forward to receiving your feedback.

For those who choose to work with me privately, you’ll notice I’ve moved away from the old technology of Skype to a newer, smarter Internet communication platform called Zoom. Still no cost to you, but far more dependable.

As we enter the new year, some of the names and voices on our end of the phones may also change but I assure you, my mission has not. In fact, it has become more focused.

For the last several years, my goal has been to reach 100,000 new households using practical, proven, safe homeopathy by the year 2020. I actually believe we’ll make it sooner than that. I now believe I underestimated the interest in this kind of information.

When it comes to those times in the middle of the night when your child cries out or your husband is suffering and needs the expertise you have acquired, you'll be glad you have inexpensive, polite, intelligent, and most importantly, simple homeopathic protocols in your arsenal.

That, my friends, is Practical Homeopathy®, and it's what I hope to provide you with for many more years to come.

Warmly,

I am a homeopath with a worldwide practice working with families and individuals via Zoom. I'm also a teacher and most importantly, a mom who raised my now-adult children depending on homeopathy over the last 31 years. I lived decades of my life with food intolerances, allergies, and chemical sensitivities until I was cured with homeopathy, so I understand pain, anxiety, and suffering. You may feel that your issues are more severe or different than anyone else’s, but I have seen it all in my practice and in my work in India. My opinion is that nothing has come close to the reproducible, safe and effective results that my clients, students and I have achieved with homeopathy.

Call today and learn how homeopathy might just be the missing piece in your health strategy.

Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.

Congratulations on your move to the Sunny Florida. Adios Buffalo and snow. I am very happy to know this. In my opinion it is healthy to live below 30 degrees north of the equator. There is a long explanation for this which you may already know.
Please send some warm weather to us here in McDonough, GA.

    All the best.

    Dinyar

A new home for the new year!! Looking forward to all the updates! And looking good with the bronze glow!! I did want to express my condolences after reading about your father’s passing in the last blog post, very sorry to hear that. That is a lifetime of love that will always be apart of you amidst the heartache! We are our father’s daughters first no matter country, culture, cast, or creed!
If you don’t mind me asking about D potency vs. a C potency? Are they similar or would a D6 be similar to a 30C, just wondering on this. The picture on your materia medica book happens to have a vial with D potency and that sparked my interest! Hope you settle well into the new year! Best- Aeiza C. Atlanta, GA

  9. Jocelyn says:

Congratulations you lucky flamingo! I wish I could join you! I love your tan!

Welcome to sunny Florida! Although we are a bit cold right now even in southwest Florida. We moved down here for my husband’s heart health and it is working out quite well.

I couldn’t be happier!!! I also live in south Florida and maybe someday I will get the honor of meeting you face to face. I am the director of a local Classical Conversations Homeschool Community and I hope that someday you can come speak to all the families! Maybe at the Annual Homeschool Convention held in Orlando each year! Welcome to Sunny South Florida!!!

Oh Suzy! Your homeschool group and Joette’s move make Florida look like a wonderful place! Mary (Of PrintNPractice, ColorWithFuzzy, SaintAnnesHelper) Do let us know, Joette, if you ever do a meeting like that and please share it here. Awesome idea!

  14. MaryF says:

Congratulations! ‘Sounds wonderful! We’re enduring some subzero temps here in Kansas, so are relieved for you getting away from the cold. Every place has its beauty and every place has its dangers. May God grant you enjoy the beauty and avoid the dangers.

  15. Lori Leonard says:

Congratulations and thanks for all you do!! Many of my family members thought (and some still do) I was crazy for using homeopathy when I started following you 6 years ago and worked with you 3 years ago! I am happy to say 2 of my sisters are now learning from your courses and having success with your consultations. I love that I have them to share successes with and bounce questions to…like our own little study group! Enjoy the warmer climate!

  24. Narendra. says:

Congratulations!! Your move and the change of your company’s name Practical Homoeopathy Inc. is most appropriate for all of us. Your goal of reaching out Homoeopathy to 100,000 new families by 2020 will be achieved by this name. Your decision to move in to Florida from Buffalo is perfect. 2018 is a New Year with the new name of your company in a New State, Florida is great. You are Blessed.
    See you in Florida. Enjoy.
    Warmly
    Narendra.

  25. Cathleen Henrich says:

Congratulations! I wish you the best in your new home! If you haven’t already, I hope you have the chance to meet or become familiar with Johnnette Benkovic, a Catholic “evangelist”. Like you, she is articulate, intelligent and charismatic. Anyway, she is in Florida also and, in fact, is hosting a “Healing Retreat” in January. You are both “setting the world on fire.” Thanks for all you do!
Best wishes and blessings to you, Cathleen

  27. Cindy says:

Welcome to sunny Florida, Joette! If it’s cold where you are this week, don’t worry, winter is almost over (it lasts about 4 days). We’re glad to have you here in the sunshine state! ?

  28. Connie says:

Welcome to the Sunshine State, although I think you left the back door slightly cracked when you left the frozen tundra..it’s cold here today!

  29. Iris Rivas-Nieves says:

  32. Jennifer Donner says:

Congrats on your move! A homeopathy question though – what remedy (or remedies)do you take to protect yourself from cell phone modulated RF? (I was a bit shocked but I figure you have a great solution for us ! – TIA!)

  33. Maggie says:

I completely understand your desire to move away from Buffalo’s cold weather. So happy to hear your business will continue. One thing I hope will remain on your new website is your archives of past stories. It’s so helpful to run to your website and do a search for, say, muscle cramp and find an archived example of what do to. So helpful. Here’s wishing you all the best in this new chapter of your life. 🙂

    1. Joette Calabrese, HMC, CCH, RSHom(Na) says:

Absolutely! I plan to not only add more but hopefully double up the number we publish every month.

  34. Lori says:

Congratulations on a New Chapter in your life. Just think how much money you will save in taxes alone! Worth the move just for that. I am in Ohio, and yes, quite cold here, though never as bad as Buffalo, but I cannot handle the heat and humidity in Florida and have no desire to ever live there. But you obviously love it, and so I wish you God’s blessings on this move.

  35. Cand says:

Welcome to Sunny Florida! My husband and I spend our winters in sunny Florida and our summers in picturesque Wisconsin.

  36. Joy says:

Great move, congrats Joette, enjoy the sun. My cousin lives in Nova Scotia and every year at this time they go to Florida for 3 months to get away from the cold. I was born in Scotland, but have lived in Australia for most of my life, I could not bear the cold, not below 7c for too long anyways . I wish you well in your new abode and looking forward to the new look website, thanks for all you do JoyK in Western Australia.

  37. Carrie says:

How wonderful for you and your husband. I hope someday to do the same. Enjoy the sun and I look forward to your new website!!!!

  38. Suzie Homemaker says:

following you soon south but stopping in NC for us. enjpy the sun.

  39. Ashley says:

Enjoy the sunshine!! Just avoid the hurricanes 🙂

  40. Michaele says:

I’m excited for you! Did you know it’s common for people, especially kids, to get sick a lot the first year when changing climates? I wish I had known then what I do now (about the Banerji Protocols) when our family moved from WI to northern FL. You are having an impact! My Christmas gift to my college-aged nephew was several homeopathic remedies he could use… he loved it and promptly texted me New Year’s Day to ask about none other than Nux Vomica. Ha! Thank you!

    1. Joette Calabrese, HMC, CCH, RSHom(Na) says:

Oh those college students! They love NV.
Good work in spreading the word.

  41. Lisa Williams says:

Joette, I will never be able to thank you for the teaching and passion you have ignited in me for the past 5 years!!!! I love telling people and helping them learn about a God given natural medicine that works so effectively and inexpensive as well. I too, am sorry to hear of your dads passing 🙁 you and your family are in my prayers. Looking forward to many more teachings!!!!!! Enjoy

  42. wendell says:

Welcome to the south and hope to follow thru and finally schedule a phone consultation like I planned last year. Just too many irons in the fire and no internet at home. Look forward to your new website and getting some high speed internet in May.

  43. Kimberley Colangelo says:

Congratulations Joette! It was -36c here in southern Ontario last night and we awoke to frozen pipes this morning. Something I’m sure you will no longer have to deal with, leaving you more time to pass on your most valued knowledge. Thank you and all the best to you and yours.

  44. Olga says:

So happy that you can follow the aun

  45. Colleen says:

Congrats & much happiness to you, Joette!! Where is Florida? My parents spend the winters there and I would love for my mom to see you.

    1. Joette Calabrese, HMC, CCH, RSHom(Na) says:

Not that I wouldn’t enjoy meeting your parents, but I only meet with clients via Skype and Zoom.

  46. Heather says:

Such exciting times for you and the business. I’ve actually been helping my sister pack up her home and family this week, as they are moving to Tampa this weekend. Wishing you much happiness in your new home and office. BTW – love love love that dress. You look fabulous!

    1. Joette Calabrese, HMC, CCH, RSHom(Na) says:

      Thanks!

  47. Sheena says:

If you’re looking for a new study group to join, my study group would love, love, love to have you pop in for a coffee or tea if you’re in the neighborhood. We have been meeting for over a year since we did the 8 week course on most Thursday mornings at a cafe in Jupiter, FL. 😉

  48. Joette, wow! How exciting to hear that you’re my new neighbor! My daughter and I are prior clients of yours and I’m a holistic nutritionist in Broward County. Met you at WAPF. Welcome to happy and sunny South Florida!!! Feel free to reach out to me if you need any local resources. Very happy for you!!

    1. Joette Calabrese, HMC, CCH, RSHom(Na) says:

Thanks! I’ll most appreciatively keep that in mind.

      And it is indeed sunny.
