Strength in Numbers: Gateway to Practical Homeopathy® Study Groups

We’ve all heard the old adage, “Never swim without a buddy.” Well, I’m going to borrow from that sentiment a bit to say: It’s also best to study homeopathy with a buddy. Indeed, there is strength in numbers!

Certainly, you can study homeopathy by yourself. It’s certainly better than not studying it at all. However, over the course of my four decades in homeopathic education, I have found that the best method to learn more about this powerful yet gentle paradigm is to surround yourself with like-minded study buddies.

How can you do that? Why, by joining one of my Gateway to Practical Homeopathy® study groups.

Strength in Numbers

I recently thought about the concept of strength in numbers, as I noticed that my garden lamb had attracted his own squirrel buddy.

The photo above was taken at my cottage. The squirrels in this area are black, unlike the dishwater brown color they are in most places in the lower 48. In fact, one of our regular furry visitors has a black body and a blonde tail. It cracks me up!

But when I saw this little guy riding on the lamb, I thought of the value of having support from a friend. Sometimes, we need extra strong support … something “concrete.” (Do you see what I mean?)

Now, before you ask (as my neighbors have), I fell in love with that little concrete lamb the moment I saw it at the garden shop. Something about it spoke to me. Perhaps it was because it reminded me of Sicilian graveyards in the U.S. When a baby is interred, instead of a crucifix, sometimes they place a little lamb at the baby’s grave marker to represent the Lamb of God.  It's precious.

That's what it looked like to me.

But the little squirrel buddy on the lamb’s back beautifully illustrates how much we lean on each other in times of difficulty.

Study Buddies to the Rescue

It’s super-common for our Gateway study group members to contact one of their study buddies for help — someone who might be thinking more clearly at the time.

For instance, one of my Gateway groups has members in both the United States, Great Britain and Australia. When an American mom in that Gateway group panicked in the middle of the night, her British counterpart was already awake—five hours ahead of her—and could provide calming assistance in determining the correct medicine.

I have heard this story countless times. But don’t take my word for it. Listen to a study group member yourself as she explains her experience in Podcast 118 — Moms with Moxie: Freaking Mom Helped by Homeopathy Study Buddy.

Even when you know what to use, sometimes you might not have the medicine you need on hand. Right now, in storm-ravaged areas of the country, Gatewayers are turning to each other to share medicines.

My friends, even though our mantra is health freedom, self-reliance and autonomy, we can’t always do it alone. From time to time, we may need a concrete lamb on which to rest our weary bones. It’s fortifying to have a support system of like-minded friends who are as invested in homeopathy as we are.

Warmly,

P.S. Speaking for myself, my family and my team, our hearts go out to all those affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. If you’ve not yet read my recent blog post, Practical Homeopathy® for Angst and Anxiety in the Aftermath of Hurricane Helene, I hope it can provide some much-needed assistance.

I am a homeopath with a worldwide practice working with families and individuals via Zoom. I'm also a teacher and most importantly, a mom who raised my now-adult children depending on homeopathy over the last 31 years. I lived decades of my life with food intolerances, allergies, and chemical sensitivities until I was cured with homeopathy, so I understand pain, anxiety, and suffering. You may feel that your issues are more severe or different than anyone else’s, but I have seen it all in my practice and in my work in India. My opinion is that nothing has come close to the reproducible, safe and effective results that my clients, students and I have achieved with homeopathy.

Call today and learn how homeopathy might just be the missing piece in your health strategy.
