PMS is a thing of the past. The bloating, irritability and cramping can all be met squarely with homeopathy. If it’s a mild case, often the sufferer can self treat. That’s good. We like to take more control of our health. However, sometimes it’s just too complicated to take on alone. That’s when a certified homeopath can be of great value. Meanwhile, consider trying one of these remedies for a few weeks. Then, if there’s no change, ask for help.
One of the first remedies we often think of when PMS is a problem is Pulsatilla. It’s a homeopathic for women who find that their emotions are all over the place and their periods are unpredictable as well. Pulsatilla will aid in that dull, achy pain that often accompanies PMS. Zincum met is another valuable remedy for PMS when there’s depression. A call for Natrum mur is clear when the skin breaks out just before the menses. This is especially valuable if you’re prone to eczema or psoriasis that present at this time. It has been reputed that Nat mur 6x 3 times each day for a week before the period and through the entire flow can often minimize the severity.
The hallmark of homeopathy is its ability to resolve, not cover up symptoms. What an intelligent and refreshing way to approach health!

I am a homeopath with a worldwide practice working with families and individuals via Zoom. I'm also a teacher and most importantly, a mom who raised my now-adult children depending on homeopathy over the last 31 years. I lived decades of my life with food intolerances, allergies, and chemical sensitivities until I was cured with homeopathy, so I understand pain, anxiety, and suffering. You may feel that your issues are more severe or different than anyone else’s, but I have seen it all in my practice and in my work in India. My opinion is that nothing has come close to the reproducible, safe and effective results that my clients, students and I have achieved with homeopathy.
Call today and learn how homeopathy might just be the missing piece in your health strategy.
Joette is not a physician and the relationship between Joette and her clients is not of prescriber and patient, but as educator and client. It is fully the client's choice whether or not to take advantage of the information Joette presents. Homeopathy doesn't "treat" an illness; it addresses the entire person as a matter of wholeness that is an educational process, not a medical one. Joette believes that the advice and diagnosis of a physician is often in order.

Hi Karen, I’m unsure of what you mean by engrafting in the context of using a remedy routinely for women with chronic problems. Could you be more specific?
Hi Joette, Is there a different protocol for managing pms with severe endometriosis
I cover these in my on line course, Feminopathy. They’re separate conditions and are treated as such. Most importantly, we don’t manage; we uproot. Some call cure. That’s the best part.
Thanks Joette. Can multiple chronic conditions like endometriosis, High BP and eczema be addressed simultaneously through the protocols?
yes and should be.
Would you recommend Natrum Mur for a teenage girl with irregular menses and consistent acne or Pulsatilla?
One of my favorite medicines for menses problems for young girls is Pulsatilla 30.
Thank you so much. How often do you give it?
Please let me know how often to give the Pulsatilla 30. Thank you.
I have looked everywhere on your site to see how often to give the Pulsatilla 30 and I can’t find anything. Would you please be able to tell me how often to give it to her. Thank you so much.
It depends on the age of the girl/woman and is often accompanied by a myriad of other conditions that I cover thoroughly in my course, Feminopathy.
If its a young girl, then I use it once daily.
Do you cover depression associated with pms in the class? I would love to learn more about zinc umbrella for this. Potency? Frequency?
Yes.
Hello, do you think giving pullstatilla 200 daily for one month is normal practice ? I know according to classical homeopaths they would not agree. What are you thoughts on taking a remedy daily for one or more months? Is there ever a limit ?
I don’t know of a time in which Pulsatilla 200 every day for a month would be advised but there are many others in the protocols I teach that are indeed used daily over a period of a month and more.
Hello! When you suggest Nat Mur for a week before and during menses to reduce severity do you mean of the acne or the menses cycle.. I am not sure if it is my age (43) or my recent diet change (dairy and gluten free) but I went months having little to no period to now 10-12 day periods. which I have never had in my life =( I am looking for a remedy so I wanted to clarify the Nat Mur. Thank you!!
