My 18 year old is working in the landscaping business this summer. He’s in the hot sun all day, and so I worry. I’m less concerned though, than I might be because I have homeopathy. And so does he. Every morning he makes a homeopathic electrolyte concoction that he carries with him on the job. Water just isn’t enough in temperatures in the 90’s.
Here’s what Peter drinks all day. I recommend it to anyone who is exposed to high heat and or excessive sweating.
Peter’s Homeopathic Electrolyte Concoction
- 16 pills of Bioplasma (from your health food store)
- 16 pills of Nat sulph 6x (from your health food store)
- ¼ cup acidophilus bifidus yogurt or kefir
- ¼ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- maple syrup or raw honey, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Celtic salt
- ½ cup coconut milk (optional)
Fill the remainder of the gallon with ice water and be sure to shake before each drink. Enjoy!
It is hot, hot, hot outside! Good and helpful information welcome! Peter is fortunate to have a mother who understands, uses and exposes her family to homeopathy.
I’m young in my looking at and studying of the subject, which I understand to be extensive, but what I have read mostly is that you separate intake of homeopathic remedies from food (to keep from anti-doting? to make more effective?) Maybe this is considered more nourishment and prophylactic than a remedy and the same principle doesn’t apply.
I’m also curious about the lemon juice. It seems that would cause curdling of the milk.
There’s so much I have to learn. Thank you!
Several years ago I had a kidney reevmod. The standard treatment after surgery is morphine. I did not do well with morphine. I had many horrible side effects. I asked the nurses and doctors to take out the IV and take me off morphine. I took Arnica and went home the third day after surgery. While I will not say I was totally without pain, the pain was tolerable, I had no side effects from Arnica, and my head was clear. I have since taken Arnica for other symptoms, and it has worked well.
This sounds sooorefreshing! For something simpler, could I also just add Nat sulph and Bioplasma to my gatorade?
Joette, Hyland’s has changed their tablets of Dr. Schuessler’s Cell Salts, including Bioplasma. They no longer sell a rectangular bottle—it’s round. There are now 4 tablets in ONE LARGE TABLET which means your recipe would now call for just 4 Bioplasma and Nat sulph tablets, not 16.
We pivot when needed. The best bet is to do what you did: read the bottle.
